Ben's career runs across consulting, PE-backed exits, and venture backed start-ups: Bain & Company (Madrid and London), Worldpay leading GTM strategy through its £6.5bn IPO, COO at Pockit (neobank, seed to Series B), MD Europe at Pollen (Northzone-backed - £20m in regional revenues, 4x growth in three years). COO at Cushon (acquired by NatWest for £150m), and CGO at Rootstock Labs ($300m AUM). Through Arenas Advisory he has also worked with over 70 VC-backed companies on GTM and organisational design.
