Monik

Monik Pham co-founded Pact and is a General Partner. She has held senior roles across several early-stage startups, most notably as Head of UK at Clause, the legal tech AI business backed by Lerer Hippeau and acquired by DocuSign — giving her a first-hand view of how a US enterprise software acquirer buys, integrates and scales a young British company. She was also Head of Investment at Moteefe through its Series A. Before that she launched Fuel Ventures, managing its first four funds and portfolio and building out its LP and angel network; her investments there included Capdesk, the equity management platform acquired by Carta. She studied Law at King's College London, where she later became a founding partner of the King's Alumni Angel Network. Based in the UK, Monik brings founders hands-on operational experience of scaling early-stage companies and extensive networks across Europe, working with them on business development, product-market fit, and the inflection points where early growth either compounds or stalls.
