Reem
General Partner, PACT VC
Reem serves as General Partner. She brings deep global networks to help companies scale internationally.
Reem Wyndham is a co-founder and General Partner at Pact. Before founding the firm she was responsible for the merger that created GlobalFoundries, the Nasdaq-listed semiconductor manufacturing and design company backed by Mubadala, having joined the Abu Dhabi sovereign investor as an early hire on its Advanced Tech Vertical. She began her career at Boston Consulting Group, and later joined the founding team of ADV, a £150m early-stage fund, where she ran both direct investments and fund-of-fund allocations. Reem studied International Relations at Brown University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Based in the UK, Reem brings founders deep networks across the Middle East and the United States, and opens doors early-stage companies rarely reach on their own: investor relationships, strategic partnerships, and market access when they are ready to expand internationally. Having sat inside a sovereign tech investment platform, a direct-investing fund and a business she founded herself, she reads a cap table and an operating plan with equal fluency.
