Eda Leka is Chief Commercial Officer and a founding team member at LeafyColl, a Cambridge deep-tech venture developing an AI-native platform for the plant-based manufacture of human-identical biomaterials. She brings nearly 15 years of operating experience across consumer, retail and technology businesses. After earning her MBA at MIT Sloan, she joined foodtech HelloFresh, where she spent over six years on its management team and served on its UK board during a period of tenfold growth, with leadership roles spanning US and global operations, product, customer retention and UK strategy. Previously, she was a manager at Amazon’s headquarters and COO of Conad’s operations in South East Europe. She is also an active investor with a portfolio of around 40 direct investments and advises early-stage climate and impact tech ventures through programmes such as Carbon13, and Techstars. Eda supports Pact with deal sourcing and deal assessment, bringing an operator's eye for unit economics, supply chains and go-to-market, plus a live network across the UK's climate and deep-tech ecosystem.
