Jade
CEO & Co-founder, Zendo Energy
Jade is the CEO of Zendo Energy.
Jade Batstone is CEO and co-founder of Zendo Energy, which is building an AI-driven Energy OS that gives data centres visibility into the compute workloads driving their energy demand, so they can forecast, procure and cut cost as AI pushes power demand up. She spent thirteen years scaling B2B software before this, as an early employee at Square where she led product strategy for its UK expansion, then heading SWIFT's Product Innovation Lab, incubating new products for the network the world's banks run on. Payments and financial infrastructure taught her how to sell into cautious, relationship-driven institutional buyers — which is exactly what a data centre operator is.
Company Profile
Zendo
Zendo Energy is building an AI-driven Energy OS that transforms how data centres procure and manage energy. As artificial intelligence drives unprecedented power demand, colocation data centres often lack visibility into the compute workloads that shape their energy needs. Zendo combines real-time usage monitoring, predictive load forecasting and smarter tariff design to cut energy costs, unlock underused capacity and reduce carbon emissions, helping operators navigate volatile energy markets.
