Jakob Schreyer is a co-founder and managing director of thirdface, which is building a personal operating system that holds the complexity of a life. He co-founded orderbird and was its chief executive for seven years and then its chief strategy officer, building a tablet-based point-of-sale and payments platform used by independent restaurants and hospitality businesses across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France. Nexi Group acquired the company outright, and it continues to operate under its own brand. Additionally, he is a venture partner at White Star Capital and a partner at the Berlin family office Zeitgeist, and invests in early-stage European fintech and AI. He began his career in brand marketing in New York, working on Red Bull at its lead creative agency.
