Julian Hoenig is a co-founder of thirdface, which is building a personal operating system that holds the complexity of a life. He spent around a decade on Apple's Industrial Design team and is a named inventor on several hundred Apple patents, spanning wearable and head-mounted display hardware. Before Apple, he was an exterior designer at Audi, where he worked on the R8, the A4, the Q3, and the RSQ concept built for the film I, Robot, and then a senior designer at Lamborghini. He studied industrial design at FH Joanneum in Graz and automotive design at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, on an Audi scholarship.
