Louis Wübben is co-founder of Arcos, which acquires owner-run alarm receiving centres across Germany and migrates them onto Trident, its VdS-certified alarm-management platform. He leads the commercial and finance side of the business: financing, acquisition structuring, and the relationships with the owners Arcos buys from. Before Arcos he worked at German unicorn Enpal on the structuring and refinancing of special-purpose vehicles.
