Matt
CEO & Co-founder, Sidekick
Matt is the CEO of Sidekick.
Matt Ford is CEO and co-founder of Sidekick, a full-stack wealth management platform built for the younger, mass-affluent generation traditional private banks have long underserved, offering managed portfolios, alternative assets and portfolio-backed lending. He has seen UK consumer fintech from every seat. He founded Pariti, a money-management app, and sold it to challenger bank Tandem, staying on as its Chief Product Officer. He then became a Partner at Mouro Capital, the Santander-backed fintech venture fund, investing in and advising early-stage financial services businesses. Earlier he worked at OnTrees, a personal finance app later acquired by MoneySuperMarket. Founder, product leader, investor — and then back to building.
