Molly Gilmartin is founder and CEO of Resolyst, which is building the intelligence layer for AI-enabled specialty care, extending specialists' reach to patients living with complex chronic conditions between appointments rather than only at the clinic. A medical doctor, she pairs clinical insight with operating and investing experience — an unusual combination in healthtech, and the reason the product fits how specialists actually work. She spent several years as a healthtech investor at AlbionVC, was Chief Commercial Officer at Induction Healthcare Group, a clinical decision-support business listed on London's AIM, and sat on the founding team at Pando, a messaging platform for doctors. She was also an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur and a McKinsey healthcare consultant. She studied medicine and molecular medicine at Oxford.
