Sebastien Segue is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of UnitPlus, a fintech offering higher-yield savings and liquidity management to individuals and small businesses, and built the technology behind both products. He spent more than 15 years as a backend engineer in payments before this, leading payments platform engineering at BillPay and staying on as Head of IT after its acquisition by Klarna. Moving customer money safely, instantly and at scale is the hard part of what UnitPlus does, and it is the problem he had already spent a career solving.
