Todd Ruppert is founder and CEO of Ruppert International, a firm with interests spanning education, financial services, technology and media. He built his career at T. Rowe Price, where he was CEO and President of Global Investment Services and Co-President of T. Rowe Price International. He was also a Venture Partner at Greenspring Associates, a global venture capital and growth equity investment firm. He is on the board of venture firm Antler. Todd brings Pact reach into institutional asset management and the global LP community, family offices, funds-of-funds and institutional allocators across the US and Europe, and decades of judgement from inside one of the world's largest asset managers.
