Tom
Executive Chair & Co-founder, Growth Kitchen
Tom is a co-founder of Growth Kitchen.
Tom Gatz is Executive Chair and co-founder of Growth Kitchen, which lets kitchen operators cook and sell established restaurant brands on delivery apps, turning spare capacity into revenue. He runs the commercial and financial side of the business. Before Growth Kitchen he was a consultant at Kearney, advising consumer and private equity clients on growth and operations, and worked as a business analyst inside Intertek's CEO office restructuring underperforming sites — unglamorous but useful experience for a business whose economics depend on making other people's underused assets work harder. He has been building businesses since he was a teenager, when he ran an apparel business around sustainable takeaway packaging.
Company Profile
Growth Kitchen
Growth Kitchen lets kitchen operators across the UK cook and sell top restaurant brands on delivery apps, turning spare capacity into extra revenue. Host kitchens prepare licensed delivery brands alongside their own menus, while Growth Kitchen handles marketing, logistics and customer support and supplies the technology that runs each order. Taking an AI-native approach to franchising, the company is building one of the country's largest digital restaurant networks, giving independent operators access to proven brands and giving customers more of the food they want.
